Introduction

The High Court Lady Lawyers Association (Registered) is an organization formed with the primary objective of supporting, representing, and empowering women advocates. It recognizes the challenges faced by women in the legal profession and seeks to address them through collective strength, mentorship, and structured initiatives.

Adv Manju Sharma- President, High Court Lady Lawyers Association, India

Birth Born on 4th January, 1968 at Ayodhya in a brahman family in a judge family father Justice Alakhram Sharma and mother Smt. Saroj Sharma and deeply religious.

Education Graduted from U.P. College Varanasi in 1987. Earned Bachelor Degree in Law in 1991 from Shibli college Azamgarh. Started practising Law at Lucknow Session Court and High Court, Lucknow/ Allahabad. Specialised in Constitutional service and service matters. She also organized and attended various prestigious National/International Conferences, Always ready to help woman and persons in need.

Vision

The vision of the association is to establish a legal community where women advocates are given equal opportunities, recognition, and respect. It aims to build a progressive and inclusive environment that nurtures talent, promotes leadership, and enhances the participation of women in all aspects of the legal system, including judiciary and bar associations.

Mission

The mission of the High Court Lady Lawyers Association is to empower women advocates by providing them with opportunities for professional development, legal education, and active participation in legal discourse. It is dedicated to promoting justice, equality, and the rule of law while ensuring that women lawyers are equipped with the resources and support necessary to succeed.
